Well-kept place with customer-focused staff specially Mr Mohamed manager of reception. Savoury and good meals. Brand-new family room for our needs, family atmosphere. Perfect and nice location, in General everything was great. Again, walking distance to Mirage Divers. Lovely pool, parking onsite. The early check-in.

The room itself was well-equipped and had a lovely view of the beach.

Our twin/double room was decorated in the modern design.

Its location was marvellous in Italian restaurant.

We were completely satisfied. The staff was very nice and friendly. The front office manager Mr. Heikal was very sympathetic and courteous. The facility is simply great for families with children. Just perfect!!! We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Came here for 2 nights with my daughter, had a really nice stay. The staff was affable, and requests were handled quickly. I booked a single room, it was new-fashioned and neat. The service was very good and the pool was amazing...

The water park exceeded my expectations and kept the kids entertained all day. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The facts that the hotel is trying to make money of you for nor reason. The concept of customer service is not there. When we checked in I had to fight to get my rooms ready at 8pm while when check out time came I was puashed out of the room at 12:00. Also They calimed we broke a glass in the room worth 400 pounds which is not the fact. Eevn if one of the kids brake a glass the hotel is usually have a budget fro these things. The facts they talked to me about this juts before leaving to catch my plane was completely unprofissional. Even when I should unsatifaction and I told them I will report this and will me ake sure no one I know will come to this losy place, no one cared.

Reception team are lacking the experience of dealing with guests services inside the rooms are very poor

the aqua park is entertaining. Guests are free to wear whatever swimsuits they want.; no prohibitions for local people about full-cover swimsuits.

food was moderate. Also, there is a stinking smell that should be handled with detergents or opening holes in the walls of the slides stairs to let sunlight in.

its ggod for the kids , no worries about getting bored . and the food is execellent . near the beach ( shuttle bus every half hour from 8 am ) , safe place for kids with a clinic and a pharmacy . near the old market , a short taxi ride ( 5 minutes ) good comfy rooms .

The water park was the absolute highlight of our stay! Our kids had a blast with all the slides and pools. The food was great too, but the Wi-Fi connection was pretty weak 😊

The best place if you have young children. Lots of slides suitable for different ages. Children disco and club. Despite of bellow we had wanderfull vacation as our 3 and half years old boy had so much fun and icecream.

Beware of wet floors everywhere specially around the pools. Wet shoes are must for children. The towels - have to care about them all day and ask room service to change it. if you don't ask will have to use the same each day. Food - same type of boring food every day except in oriental night. Pastries were too similar and same taste. Definitely will recommend change in the kitchen stuff.
